Sigh, when I bought our HD tv set I picked up a blue ray player and HD cable box.. so of course I had to get two HDMI cables. I paid 60 bucks apiece for two 4 foot cables.

Two weeks later when I wanted to pick up a HDMI cable I found my local drug store has a house brand HDMI cable… $7.00 for 6 feet, and the picture is perfect.

I figure the universe owes me a hundred bucks.

Sadly, now my Xbox has a 1 ring error and it cost me $130 bucks to send it to Microsoft to be fixed. Holy fark! If it weren’t for the sales tax on the $150 bucks it’d cost me to get a refurbished Arcade version I’d just pick up one of those. But of course I’d have no guarantee of an HDMI port etc…

Hey, getting back to your podcast. How the hell did you get into videogaming in Australia? At over a $100 per game you guys must have been richie richie riches!

LOL not really but have you considered starting a videogame import company? 100% markup sounds pretty sweet.
