i have no idea. he’s just crying. the “Kate, we have to go back” is apparently a Lost thing. This photo had that phrase attached to the pic because he looks the guy from lost. he’s probably some mass murderer or something creepy. It amused me, even it is somewhat random, and I don’t watch Lost
